Terms of Sale
1. Purpose
These terms govern the commercial relationship between Champagne Lemaire Père & Fils (a French SARL with a share capital of €100,000, RCS Reims 393 060 447), trading as Encrage, and its professional clients (companies, agencies, hospitality). Sales are exclusively to trade customers, in the course of a business activity.
2. Ordering and confirmation
Every order is covered by a personalised quote. The order becomes firm once the quote and the proof (BAT) are signed. Minimum order quantity: 36 bottles.
3. Payment
30% deposit on approval of the proof, by bank transfer. The remaining 70% before shipping. Production starts only after the deposit is received.
4. Lead times and delivery
Indicative production lead time: 3 to 4 weeks after the proof is approved. Delivery via a specialist alcohol carrier. Delivery charges billed by volume.
5. Personalisation
The client warrants that they hold all rights to the material supplied for personalisation (logos, brands, photos). The signed proof is authoritative: no change can be requested after approval.

In line with French law, the products are sold to adults only. Excessive drinking is dangerous for your health. Please drink responsibly.
