Brut

This blend brings together the structure of Pinot Noir (55%), the elegance of Chardonnay (30%) and the roundness of Meunier (15%). Dosed at 8 g/L, it strikes a clean balance.

To the eye, its bright colour is lifted by a fine, steady mousse.

The nose, expressive and moreish, mixes yellow fruit, biscuit and hazelnut, freshened by a note of grapefruit.

On the palate, the attack is supple and generous. The wine builds in breadth, then stretches into a fresh finish carried by the minerality of our chalky terroir.
